Delete your account

You can delete your IronPath account, and everything in it, at any time.

In the app

Open Settings and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted straight away, and it can’t be undone.

Want a copy first? In Settings, export your sessions as CSV or a full JSON backup before you delete.

Without the app

Email ironpath@ganthome.cloud from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my IronPath account”. We’ll delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

What’s deleted

Your account: email address, display name, password and settings.
Your training: sessions, sets, saved sessions, records, the lifts you created and anything you imported.
Your body data: weigh-ins, measurements, goals and progress photos.
Your Coach Iron conversation and any answers you reported.

Nothing is kept in the live database. Copies in our backups are gone within 14 days, when those backups expire. Security logs are kept only for a limited time and then deleted. See the privacy policy for details.
